As you  say, Kiva looks to effectively be a &quot;donation&quot; avenue. There may be transparency issues. I must have a good look for their project M&amp;E speil.

Your twist on this is kinda &quot;open business&quot; esque. I think there&#039;s a lot of potential for this approach - and it can only be opened up by investors.
