		<description><![CDATA[I really like the way the Wellington atmosphere is nice and tight around the CBD, Auckland just can&#039;t solve that becasue of the geography and the how spread out it is. Still I think the Viaduct was a reasonable start, it needs a little something else though that might bring it together, not sure what though (I think a waterfront stadium might have done it perhaps....)]]></description>

BTW, Auckland is a pretty nice place, but it&#039;s outside of the CBD that makes it great, places like Ponsonby, Waiheke, Devonport, Howick Village, Kumeu and all the bays, beaches and wineries.]]></description>
